Production of the Pilgrim Pouches was done in San Diego and involved multi-steps. To begin, digital patterns were made from pouch prototypes I created. Next, the fabrics & materials, including zippers, velcro, & looplocs, were ordered from various manufacturing sources.

Fabric pieces were then cut at Smart Cutting Services in National City.

We delivered cut fabric to Edith’s Sewing in Vista, where Pouch artwork was first silkscreened with water-based inks.

Fabric pieces lined up for the sewing process.
